There are two ways to pay your fees.  You will either be invoiced, or you will be asked to follow a link to sign up for a program.

It is very important to follow the fee chart above.  Please realize that the club fee varies with your age.

If paying by credit card, League charges a small transaction fee.  If paying by check, there is no additional fee

  • Once you participate in a particular season, you pay for that season.  We offer opportunities each year for Fall, Winter, and Spring
  • Local tournaments are a separate fee and currently  range from $75 to $85
  • Showcases & tournaments further away can range from $110 to $150
  • State Cup, Regional or Nationals are all an additional fee ranging from $100 to $150 if the player is invited and chooses to participate.
  • A  non-refundable fee ($100)  is due when you accept an invitation .  This deposit is deducted from the fees for the season you accepted in your invitation.
  • Winter Fees 2024-25 are separate and typically less than  Fall & Spring fees
  • New Players Only:  One-time uniform cost of $270 for 2 years. Includes:  1 team jacket, 2 Puma jerseys, 2 Puma shorts, 4 pairs of socks, 2 training jerseys.
  • Training Jerseys:  All players NEW to the club will receive 2 training jerseys.  Additional training jerseys for all OSU players are $11 each.
  • Uniform cycle begins Fall 2024 and ends Spring 2026.  We will keep this Puma kit for 6 seasons  (2 years)
  • Discounts:  Sibling Discount of $25 is applied to the 2nd, 3rd child off club fees only.  (Not applied to any other events).  More than 1 sibling must be participating during the season for the discount to be applied.
  • Payment Plans:  Club fees are made in up to 2 payments.  If additional payments are needed, contact Billing at ohiostrikersbilling@gmail.com.  Copy these request to Ian Holford at ianholfordosu@gmail.com

 

Adjustments or Additions

Winter 11v11 games in Geneva (at Spire) are $25 for 2 games.  Select players are invited to participate in the Geneva league

MRL/GLC/GLA rostered players pay an additional $150 o participate.  This fee is not prorated.  If you are not on one of the regional level teams mentioned, you do not need to pay this fee.  Players are invited to join GLA, NPL or GLC teams.  Players who participate in the Crossover weekend games at the Hall of Fame/Canton, Pittsburgh or Batavia (NY) pay $25to $30 for the weekend.

All other league games are included in the club fees above.  No additional cost for Futsal games or CASA/Lodi outdoor games,

Additional (optional) cost may occur for spirit wear, warm-ups pants, tournaments, Showcases.  We try to keep club soccer at a manageable cost whenever possible.

We encourage you to compare our fees to other premier level clubs.  Members may pay online using debit or credit cards or by mailing in a check. Ask about our payment plans when needed. Players selected for GLA, NPL  or GLC teams will pay an additional league fee mentioned above.

Refunds – Season & Tournaments

Starting at the first day of practice, the refund policy is as follows…:

  • After 5 weeks there are no refunds
  • Before your age group’s first practice, your refund is 100% excluding the non refundable deposit you paid to secure your spot
  • 0 to 3 weeks your refund is 75% excluding the non refundable deposit you paid to secure your spot
  • 3 to 5 weeks your refund is 50% excluding the non refundable deposit you paid to secure your spot
  • Refunds do not include fees paid for uniform items
  • Refunds do not include the non-refundable fee paid to secure a spot
  • Tournament Refunds – Late Withdrawal:  If the player decides not to participate 10 days or less before the first tournament game, your refund is 50% of the tournament fee.  If the player has any past due fees, then 100% of the tournament fee will be credited towards that outstanding balance. The club will also consider credits towards future seasons or events
