Overview
Ohio Strikers United Soccer Club is a premier level soccer club established in Spring 2006. We currently have the following teams: Boys & Girls u-9, through u-19. All of our coaches are licensed and experienced. Our teams and players play in the Ohio North State Cup, US Club State Cup, NPL, GLA, and CASA League. We attend college showcase events, select and elite tournaments, and ID camps. This Club is for young players seeking the opportunity to develop into complete players; high school players who want to be seen by college coaches; all players who are capable of playing at a higher level!
We seek members who want to excel at soccer in a fun, competitive, and friendly environment. Our strength is in the cohesiveness of our coaching staff, the managers, and peripheral staff that work to improve our club. Our goal has always been to develop players, and provide a premier soccer experience at a competitive cost in comparison to other premier clubs. We are achieving our goal! At Ohio Strikers United, we are dedicated to fostering the growth and success of soccer players at all levels. Established with a focus on player development and community values, our club provides a supportive and competitive environment where athletes can thrive both on and off the field.
OSU Beliefs
The true reward from coaching is witnessing the glow from a player when they first realize their ability to master a skill. Soccer is an avenue to empower both boys and girls to achieve their goals. Soccer promotes the reinforcement of educational goals and a network of social relations. By facilitating the achievement of these goals through soccer, we equip the player with personal resources, such as interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
Ohio Strikers United Soccer Club remains consistent in its goals and beliefs since 2006:

Goals Since 2006
In April 1985, Bobby Knight stated in the Organization of American Historians Magazine, "Affordable athletics is very worthwhile, but only if it is affordable. I believe that the role of our society is to provide a spectrum of possibilities for our youth to realize their personal potentials."
